Who is at risk for Type 2 Diabetes?

Type 2 diabetes can affect anybody, but it occurs most often in middle-aged and older adults. Certain factors can place you at more risk for type 2 diabetes and they include:

  • Being physically inactive

  • Having a family history of diabetes
